Efficient management of litigation and arbitration in the Asia Pacific region – videos of IMF Bentham seminar

IMF Bentham Limited hosted a seminar in Hong Kong in September 2018 on the benefits of costs management in litigation and arbitration. The guest speaker was Sir Rupert Jackson, a former Lord Justice of the Court of Appeal of England and Wales. Sir Rupert was the architect of significant reforms to civil procedure and costs rules in those jurisdictions to promote access to justice at proportionate cost. The reforms included the introduction of costs budgeting by lawyers which is actively managed by the court.
