Westgem Investments

Application to remove receivers appointed to Westgem Investments (the removal proceedings) and for damages against Bankwest (the damages proceedings).

Current Stage of Case

On 18 September 2012 the Supreme Court of Western Australia dismissed Westgem's application to remove the receivers. Proceedings against Bankwest have commenced. Mediation occurred between the parties in December 2015. Adjourned without a result.
