Niall Watson-Dunne is an Investment Manager, based in Omni Bridgeway’s Sydney office, and is responsible for due diligence and managing funded cases, including class action matters, and single party claims.
Niall is overseeing the management of the Mesoblast Shareholder class action and Scenic Tours class action, and is assisting with the management of the Spring Farm class action and Prawn White Spot class action.
Niall joined Omni Bridgeway from law firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth, where he was a commercial litigation Senior Associate specialising in large-scale, complex commercial disputes and class action proceedings. Prior to this, Niall was an Associate in the commercial dispute resolution team at global law firm, Norton Rose Fulbright.

Niall has extensive experience in managing fast moving, complex and document-heavy litigation, and has acted in commercial disputes in the Supreme Court, Federal Court and High Court of Australia. He has advised clients across a variety of industry sectors including media and telecommunications, financial services, resources, property development and management, retail, automotive and e-commerce and his clients have included house-hold brands such as Woolworths and eBay.
Niall holds a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney.
