Shareholder Information The information set out below is current as at 31 July 2019. (a) Distribution of Shareholders Ordinary Share Capital 204,608,858 fully paid ordinary shares are held by 4,171 individual shareholders. All issued ordinary shares carry one vote per share and carry the right to dividends. IMF Bentham Bonds There are 760,000 bonds issued held by 1,165 individual bond holders. The IMF Bentham Bonds do not carry the right to vote. Options There are no options issued over ordinary shares. Share Performance Rights 4,255,816 performance rights were issued to 53 rights holders bringing the total number of performance rights on issue to 15,601,589. Fixed Rate Notes There are 72,000 Fixed Rate Notes.
