Shareholder Information The information set out below is current as at 31 July 2018. (a) Distribution of Shareholders Ordinary Share Capital 173,863,277 fully paid ordinary shares are held by 4,698 individual shareholders. All issued ordinary shares carry one vote per share and carry the right to dividends. IMF Bentham Bonds There are 500,000 bonds issued held by 976 individual bond holders. The IMF Bentham Bonds do not carry the right to vote. Options There are no options issued over ordinary shares. Share Performance Rights 14,355,887 share performance rights were issued to 37 rights holders. Fixed Rate Notes There are 72,000 Fixed Rate Notes.
