Clive Bowman is based in Sydney and is responsible for all Victorian cases.

 

Clive has a degree in economics and an honours degree in law from the Australian National University . He also holds a graduate diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia .

 

Clive has extensive experience in commercial litigation, having worked in a large law firm in Sydney and then in London .

 

Over the past 8 years Clive has played a key role in the success of IMF and in the development of litigation funding in Australia . Clive sits on IMF's case selection committee and is responsible for managing a number of IMF cases.
