Susanna was admitted to practice as a solicitor in December 1989 and has over 18 years commercial litigation experience.  Between 1994 and 2000 Susanna was a solicitor in the commercial dispute resolution group at DLA Phillips Fox and then a partner in that team between June 2000 and May 2008.

 

At DLA Phillips Fox, Susanna's areas of experience and expertise included general commercial litigation, corporate and personal insolvency, security enforcement and Corporations Act compliance, investigations and prosecutions.
