Diane Jones has been the company secretary since 28 June 2006. 

 

She has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for over 15 years and holds a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney.  After graduating Diane spent ten years with a big four accounting firm before moving to a consulting and private equity firm as a consultant and their chief financial officer. 

 

She has extensive experience assisting companies facing issues with their growth and financial success.
