In this site we have set out information about cases that are included in IMF's case investment portfolio, although not necessarily all of them. In providing the information, we have sought to strike a balance between informing shareholders of our investment activities and ensuring that we maintain confidentiality, observe implied undertakings to the Court and do not prejudice the cases we are funding (by providing information to defendants).

IMF announces a summary of its case investment portfolio to the Australian Securities Exchange on a quarterly basis. IMF's case investment portfolio includes those investments where the budgeted fee to IMF is greater than $500,000. You will be able to find these quarterly announcements either through the ASX website or by going to Recent ASX Announcements.

Although IMF is funding other cases, they are unlikely to be material because IMF's fee is not projected to exceed $500,000 for each one of them.

The information will not be updated on a daily basis but rather when major events occur in the litigation.

We have also provided information about some of our funded cases that have completed. IMF has a track history of funding cases to a successful resolution, which, because of a lack of funding or the litigants risk profile, would otherwise not have been pursued. This repository will help to create an ongoing history for the company for reference by its shareholders, employees and other interested parties.

In most instances, where the completed case has settled, there will be a confidentiality agreement. This will normally prevent IMF from disclosing for how much the case has settled but not from disclosing how much IMF received from its investment. These completed cases are merely an indication of the sort of work we have done and the results we have obtained.
